Most nights at The Forum start late and run on bass. The calendar is heavy on DJs and electronic acts, with hip hop shows and R&B nights mixed in, and doors for some shows do not open until 9 at night.

Two levels and a mezzanine

The Forum is a club on North Wall Street, a side street half a block west of High Street in the stretch of downtown between Long and Spring streets. It is laid out on two levels, with a mezzanine looking down over the main floor, and holds about 600 people standing. That puts it well under the bigger rooms in the Arena District like KEMBA Live! and well over a corner bar, which is a good size for a DJ who can fill a room but not an arena.

The main floor is general admission and standing. The club also sells VIP seating on some nights, so read what your ticket includes before you assume you have a place to sit.

Getting downtown

Do not count on parking out front on a side street this size. Downtown garages and surface lots within a few blocks are the easier bet, and rideshare is simple late at night when downtown traffic thins out. COTA buses run along High Street a half block away, and the Arena District is close enough to walk if you are starting the night there.

Before you go

  • Age limits vary by show. Bring ID either way.
  • Doors can be later than at a rock club. Check the time on your ticket so you are not standing on Wall Street for an hour.
