Delivery, refunds, transfers and seat problems all go to SeatGeek. Use the order confirmation you received when you bought, since it has your order details and the way to reach their support team. We cannot see or change any order.
Questions About a Show
Door times, bag rules, age limits, accessibility and parking are set by the venue, and so are cancellations and rescheduled dates. Reach out to the venue directly, and keep an eye on its posts on the day of the show. Our venue guides cover the general picture, but the venue has the final word for any given night.
A Listing That Looks Wrong
Our calendar refreshes every week from SeatGeek. When a show moves, changes rooms or drops off a tour, the listing here usually corrects itself on the next refresh. If something still looks off, go by your SeatGeek order confirmation and the venue's own posts, which carry the details for your show.
